When your teammates are on Agent07 with their calendars connected, ask for the meeting and it finds the time. "Set up 30 minutes with Kim and Lee next week" gives you a card with up to three times that are free on every calendar. You pick one and click Send & invite. Nobody is emailed to ask when they're free.
Why a team booking link isn't the answer here
Scheduling tools solve team meetings with a shared link: a page that shows when a group is free, for someone else to pick from. That is the right tool when an outsider is booking with your team. It is a strange tool for your own team, because it still makes someone open a page and choose.
If everyone's calendar is already connected to the same assistant, there is nothing to ask. The times that work are a lookup.
How it works
| Who is in the meeting | What happens |
| Only teammates, all with a calendar connected | A lookup. Up to three times free on every calendar; you pick one; Send & invite |
| Teammates and people outside the company | The email offers times that are free for every teammate whose calendar is known, for the others to choose |
| A teammate without a calendar connected | Asked like anyone else — and the card tells you whose calendar couldn't be checked |
| More than six people | Handed to you |
The same rule applies when the request comes the other way. When a colleague emails you "can we grab 20 minutes this week?", the reply card already shows times free on both calendars.
What it reads, and what it doesn't
Only busy times: when a teammate's meetings start and how long they last. Never a title, an attendee list or a description, and never anyone outside your own Agent07 organisation. Your own working hours, buffers and the days you've blocked apply to every time offered.
Every time on the card is chosen by code from those calendars, not by the AI. Your own calendar is checked again, live, at the moment you click.
Your team doesn't need a booking page to meet each other. It needs an assistant that can already see when everyone is free.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I find a meeting time that works for my whole team?
- If your teammates use Agent07 with their calendars connected, ask the assistant — "set up 30 minutes with Kim and Lee next week". It reads everyone's busy times, picks up to three times free on every calendar, and gives you a Send & invite card. Nobody has to be asked for their availability.
- Can Agent07 see my teammates' meeting details?
- No. It reads a teammate's busy times only — start and length — never a title, attendee or description, and only for people in your own Agent07 organisation.
- What if a teammate hasn't connected a calendar?
- Then their availability isn't known, so they are asked like anyone else: the email offers times that suit everyone whose calendar is known, and the card tells you whose calendar couldn't be checked.
- Do I need a team or round-robin booking link?
- Not for meetings your own team attends. A round-robin page is built for a different job: spreading inbound demo requests across reps. If that is your main need, a booking tool built for routing is the better fit.
