Calendly is excellent at what it does: a link that turns scheduling ping-pong into a booking page. The 2026 question is different — why is scheduling still the rep's job at all?

Calendly won its category by being simple: send a link, let the prospect pick a time, done. At $16–20/seat/month for Teams it isn't expensive either. But look at what actually happens around a deal: the prospect writes 'can we find time next week?', the rep reads it, opens Calendly, decides which event type fits, pastes the link, and hopes the prospect doesn't find link-sending impersonal (plenty do — 'here's my link' has a reputation). Then the booking lands on a calendar with no deal context attached. Scheduling is a conversation, and Calendly turned it into a form. Agent07's Meeting Agent takes the other path: it reads the scheduling email, negotiates the time in natural language on your behalf, books it, and attaches the meeting to the deal — where the pre-call brief, the recording, and the follow-up already live.
Calendly removes the back-and-forth but not the job: reading the request, choosing the event type, sending the link, chasing the no-shows. An agent that answers the email itself removes the job.
Many buyers read a bare booking link as 'you do the work of scheduling with me.' An agent that replies conversationally — offering times, confirming, rescheduling — reads as a human courtesy.
A Calendly booking is a calendar event. It doesn't know the deal, can't brief the rep, and doesn't connect to what happens after the meeting. It's a point solution at the exact moment context matters most.
Scheduling-as-a-subscription is $16–20/seat/month beside the notetaker, the inbox tool, and the CRM — one more tool that has never met the others.

Prices verified July 2026. Calendly Teams $16–20/seat/mo. If all you need is a booking page, Calendly is cheap and excellent; the comparison changes when scheduling is part of a deal workflow. Inbound routing at scale (Chili Piper's specialty) is not Agent07's focus. Always confirm at vendor's website. Checked against Calendly’s pricing page on June 20, 2026.

Agent07
Agent07 is the best Calendly alternative for sales teams because scheduling isn't a separate product — it's something the Meeting Agent does. It answers the 'can we find time?' email in your voice, negotiates and books the slot, sends booking links when a link is genuinely the right tool, and attaches the meeting to the deal so the brief, the recording, and the follow-up are all one motion.
Depending on your specific needs, these tools may be worth evaluating.
Founders who want more polite, overlay-style scheduling links
Inbound-heavy teams routing demo requests at volume
Teams that want zero extra spend
